Professional cellist Danielle Welborn was thrilled with her new Epoch acoustic / electric cello which she collected in May 2001.

The bright blue instrument, with on-board controls, came off the production line only the night before. Danielle just picked it up and was the first person to put a bow to it. She couldn't believe that such a thing was possible. The instrument responded like she'd been playing it for months.

Danielle travels widely around Australia with her group, All About Strings, sometimes a duo, sometimes trio, sometimes quartette.

They've performed at the Sydney Opera House and in remote towns. Danielle says "We'll go anywhere to play."
