Disma Music Show

The
Epoch violin arrived in Italy at the famous Disma Music show
held in Rimini in 2001
Epoch Stringed Instruments director Mark Mitchell, and his wife
Veronika (a co-director), and viola-playing daughter
Fran and son John attended.
They were knocked out by the size of the show and the enthusiastic
response to their violins from the
heartland of violin making in the world.
It attracted some of Europe's top players and was dedicated
to "Anyone who plays music:
from 3 to 90 years of age".
The big thrill for the Australians was having the world-famous
Australian guitarist Tommy
Emanuel playing alongside some of Italy's top violinists on the Epoch.
